Questions patients ask
How does NORBU MD sexual-health care work?
You complete a private medical intake, then meet online with a NORBU MD physician who reviews your health history, medications and goals. If treatment is medically appropriate, your physician recommends a personalized plan and can follow up over time.
How much is the physician visit?
The physician visit is $29. Any medication cost, if a prescription is written, is separate and is discussed with you before you decide to proceed.
Is this private?
Yes. Your visit takes place online, your medical information is kept confidential, and if medication is prescribed it is shipped in discreet packaging.
Can I request a specific medication?
You can tell your physician which treatment you are interested in, and that interest is part of the conversation. Prescribing decisions are made by the physician based on a medical evaluation, not by patient request.
What if a medication isn't appropriate for me?
Some people are not candidates for ED medication because of their health history or other prescriptions. Your physician will explain why and discuss other appropriate next steps, which may include further evaluation.
Do I need lab work or a physical exam?
Not always. Your physician determines whether additional evaluation, such as lab work, is indicated based on your history and symptoms.
Is sexual-health care available in my state?
NORBU MD provides care nationwide through licensed physicians. Availability of specific services can depend on state regulations, and you will be told during intake if care is not available where you are located.
How is medication delivered if prescribed?
If your physician prescribes medication, it is dispensed by our partner pharmacy and shipped to the address you provide. You will see shipping details before your order is processed.
Your health deserves more than a one-size-fits-all answer.
Talk with a NORBU MD physician and find the treatment plan that's right for you.
