About NORBU MD
A medical practice, delivered online.
NORBU MD is a physician-led telehealth medical practice. Care is provided by board-certified physicians who evaluate each patient individually and recommend treatment only when it is clinically appropriate.
We built NORBU MD so that getting real medical attention does not require taking a day off work.
You complete an online medical intake describing your health, history and goals. A board-certified physician reviews it and meets with you online. Together you decide what, if anything, makes clinical sense for you.
NORBU MD is a medical practice — not a pharmacy and not a marketplace. When a physician prescribes medication, it is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy, which bills separately from the $29 physician visit. Care is provided by physicians licensed in the state where the patient is located, so availability depends on your state.
We do not prescribe on autopilot. If treatment is not appropriate for you, your physician will say so and explain why.

Clear about what you pay for
The visit fee pays for the physician's evaluation and time. It does not purchase medication and does not guarantee a prescription.
Honest about limits
Online care is not right for every condition. If you need in-person evaluation or emergency care, we will tell you.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. NORBU MD does not provide emergency or urgent care.
